Conditions of Acceptance of Advertisements for Easy Business Guides Ltd.
1. The following conditions apply to the placing of an order for insertion of advertisements on the websites of Easy Business Guides Ltd. Each Order will form a separate agreement. Any change to these terms and conditions have to be agreed in writing.

The placing of an advertisement online on the websites of Easy Business guides Ltd hereinafter named EBG shall be subject to these terms and conditions. The advertiser confirms that the advertisement complies will all applicable legislation, regulations and codes of practise. We may reject or require changes to copy of any advert that might be immoral or illegal in the opinion of EBG
Payment
All advertisement should be paid for at the time of uploading to the website or at the time of agreement of copy between the advertiser and EBG, unless otherwise agreed by EBG The price shall be fixed by our published rate web page at the time of ordering any advertisement.
Cancellation
All advertisements remain online whilst monthly subscriptions are being made and kept up to date. EBG will remove any advert not being paid for after 7 days. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by giving one months notice in writing, except due to our negligence, in which case it will be effective immediately.
Copyright
It is a condition of acceptance that we have the right to publish advertisers copy as supplied. We will amend copy as soon as practical should the advertiser request such changes in writing, or by email.
General
We shall not be liable if advertisers copy should cause a claim from any third party for any reason whatsoever. The advertiser will become liable to pay us for all our costs, losses, expenses and damages of any kind (including our legal costs) suffered by EBG as a result of legal claims or actions, actual or threatened or actual, arising from the advertisers copy, or other breach of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to remove and cancel any advert at anytime, and will offer a full refund of monies paid by the advertiser, in proportion to the time online.
